A.Accept Council Committee minutes

Approve payment of disbursements for the period May 1 – 31, 2019

D.Set date of July 16, 2019, for a closed record public hearing to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of Vista Ridge Phase 2 located in the vicinity of S 72nd Ave & Coolidge Rd.
E.Resolution setting public hearings on July 2 and July 16, 2019, to review and adopt the Six-year Transportation Improvement Program and amend the Capital Facilities Element of the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan for the period of 2020 to 2025
F.Ordinance amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapters 7.12, 7.50,  and 7.60 regarding metering of wastewater utility connections

Ordinance updating Classification and Compensation Plan for City Employees Section 2.20.100

7.Public Comment
Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged.

8.Resolution authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding with Spark Northwest for the Solarize Yakima Campaign
9.Ordinance amending the 2019 Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2019 for various purposes including 2018 encumbrances (First Reading)
10.Discussion of potential amendments to the Yakima Municipal Code, including adding the definition of “inoperable” as the term relates to junk vehicles

The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.

A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and on-line at www.yakimawa.gov. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
