City Project 2614 provided for the Yakima Police Department (YPD) services office construction. The City contracted with Joe Park Construction LLC.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.
Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $3,968.17 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Joe Park Construction LLC for the completion of the work.
