| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City leases to Grace City Outreach a piece of land adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant on which Grace City Outreach operates Camp Hope. Since the previous amendment, additional temporary housing options have become available for use at the temporary homeless encampment. Grace City Outreach is interested in providing these new temporary housing opportunities, and the amendment to the Lease would allow it to use these container units for temporary housing. |
