City Management and IAFF 469 representatives negotiated in good faith, a contract setting forth the wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for four years (2022-2025). To that end, both parties recommend the City Council review and approve the attached CBA proposal. The IAFF 469 group has voted and ratified this proposed agreement.
Highlights of the proposed CBA include:
- Wage adjustment of 4.5% for 2022 and 2023; 4.25% for 2024 and 2025
- Addition of the Juneteenth holiday
