| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | Judge Woodard joined the city work force as an assistant prosecuting attorney in 1990. She was subsequently appointed City Prosecutor and held that position until the Yakima Municipal Court opened in 1997, when she was appointed its first Court Commissioner. In 2001, she was appointed Municipal Court Judge and has served in that position through five uncontested elections. |
