On December 6, 2022 the Yakima City Council adopted Resolution No. R-2022-169 which implemented the Master Fee Schedule for the City. Land use and building fees are included in the existing Master Fee Schedule. All future changes in fees will be amendments to Resolution R-2022-169.
On December 14, 2022, the Yakima Planning Commission for the City of Yakima conducted an open-record public hearing regarding the proposed text amendments. No comments were received during the open record public hearing. On December 20, 2022, the Yakima Planning Commission issued a Recommendation to approve the proposed amendments.
