SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

HLA Engineering & Surveying Inc on behalf of Apple Tree Construction Co LLC, submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide an approximately 2.18 acre parcel into 8 single-family lots and two tracts.

The Yakima Planning Commission held an open-record public hearing on September 28, 2022 and submitted a recommendation of approval on October 12, 2022.
