Set date of November 15, 2022 for a closed record public hearing to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of "Golden Ridge Phase 2" submitted by Apple Tree Construction Co LLC, located at 9203 Coolidge Rd

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

On April 19, 2022, Apple Tree Construction Co LLC submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide approximately 2.18 acres into 8 single-family lots and one tract in the R-1 zoning district. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on September 28, 2022. The Yakima Planning Commission recommendation was issued October 12, 2022.
