| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The Washington Traffic Safety Commission provides funding for the Law Enforcement Liaison program which provides an opportunity for the Yakima Police Department to work with state and local organizations in developing and implementing statewide initiatives focused on traffic safety education and law enforcement. The Washington Traffic Safety Commission will provide funds not to exceed $3,000 to assist in providing a Law Enforcement Liaison to collaborate with local jurisdictions in promoting Target Zero priorities. |
