| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | Dan Plath applied for a Modification to Existing or Approved Uses or Development to use a section of land at 1007 River Road for helicopter departures and landings. The application was approved, subject to conditions, by the Planning Division on August 4, 2022. Yakima Municipal Code 6.32.040 authorizes City Council to grant a permit for a flying field or landing place for aircraft, including helicopters. |
