City Management and IAFF PERS representatives negotiated in good faith, a contract setting forth the wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for the next four years (2022-2025). To that end, both parties recommend the City Council review and approve the attached CBA proposal. The IAFF PERS group has voted and ratified this proposed agreement.
Highlights of the proposed CBA include:
- Wage adjustment of 3.5% in 2022/2023 and 3.0% in 2024/2025
- Education Stipend added
- Bilingual/Biliterate pay increased
- Juneteenth Holiday added
