SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | The City is finalizing the purchase of property for future space for bus storage, maintenance, and enhancement of services and infrastructure at 506 Fruitvale Boulevard. As part of the negotiations, McCurley Fruitvale Property, LLC will lease the property from the City for a minimum of 24 months and pay rent in the amount of $33,975.00 per month to the City for the lease of the property. This is part of the Purchase and Sale negotiations and agreement for the purchase of the property, and also helps provide funding to the City during the planning of improvements. |
