This is a preliminary long plat submitted by PLSA Surveying & Engineering to subdivide approximately 8.71 acres into 19 single-family lots. This site is located in the Single-Family Residential (R-1) zoning district.
The Yakima Planning Commission held an open-record public hearing on May 25, 2022 and submitted a recommendation for approval on June 8, 2022.
