| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The Public Facilities District Board recently recommended that the City rename the Yakima Convention Center to the Yakima Convention and Event Center to bring attention to residents and event planners that the convention center also has the ability to host events of all kinds. This Resolution would officially rename the facility. |
