ITEM TITLE:

Resolution authorizing execution of addendum 7 to the engineering and consulting services agreement with Golder Associates, Inc. to provide services during construction for the Naches River Water Treatment Plant Intake Project

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The Water Treatment Plant River Intake project is scheduled to begin this month.  The attached resolution and agreement is to have the design engineer, Golder Associates, provide construction services during the improvement project.  Most of the work on this project is conducted "in river" and is rather complicated, including compliance with the several permits, which requires professional project management.

 

The Agreement is in an amount not to exceed $262,200 and is funded by the Water Improvement Fund.
