ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing a contract with People for People for $213,181 of CDBG-CV2 funds to support the Meals on Wheels Senior meal and nutrition program

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for People for People to receive CDBG-CV2 funds that was specifically applied for and awarded by the Washington State Department of Commerce and must be used for the responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Council previously approved the funding for the program and this Agreement formalizes the program and expectations. The Agreement provides for reimbursement of qualifying expenses from the date of contract through April 30, 2023.
