ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing an agreement with AMS for alcohol monitoring services for the Yakima Police Department

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The City of Yakima Police Department utilizes alcohol detection kits and devices and supporting monitoring services for clients who are required to be monitored for alcohol. Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc., sells and rents SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Sets and provides supporting services specific to monitoring clients who are required to or opt to wear such equipment. The City is purchasing these services by piggybacking GSA contract GS-07F-0003Y.
