City Bid No 12210 provided for work on the Miller Park Playground Project. The work involved installation of inclusive playground structure and freestanding equipment by certified and factory trained installation crew. The City contracted with Landscape Structures.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $$6,805.94 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Landscape Structures.
