City Project # CT2570 provided for the Capitol Theatre Egress Stairs Replacement. The City contracted with M Sevigny Construction to replace the exterior egress stairs.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.
Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $8,800.00 (5% retainage) is due from the City to M Sevigny Construction for the completion of the work.
