This is the second and last public meeting to discuss the 2021 program year Consolidated Annual Performance Plan Report. At the previous meeting (May 3, 2022), Council directed review of the operation and criteria selection for the Single Family Emergency Repair program. This issue has been referred for review by the Community Integration Committee. This future review is not relevant to the 2021 CAPER report, but potential program modifications will be implemented in the future.
Each year, as part of the process of submitting to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the 2021 Year End Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two input meetings to accept public comments on the year end report. This is the final public input meeting on the 2021 CAPER.
