SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

This Master Pay Ordinance includes classification and compensation changes approved and recommended by the Charter Civil Service Commission, City Management, AFSCME, IAFF, and Teamsters.

 

Charter Civil Service:

 

Change 11610 Administrative Assistant for Yakima Air Terminal from pay code 980A ($26.98-$32.72) represented by AFSCME, Local 1122, Municipal Employees to 980SA ($27.47-$33.30) represented by Teamsters Local 760 effective 5/1/2022.

 

Change titles of two IT Services classifications:

 

2117  IT Services Web Application Developer/Administrator to become IT Services Full Stack Developer.

 

10201 IT Services Senior Analyst to become IT Services Sr. Full Stack Dev/Analyst

 

Fire Civil Service:

 

Change title 4521 Electronic Technician II to Electronic Technician and reallocate to new pay code 549 ($27.51-$35.12) from pay code 550 ($29.09-37.14) effective 4/1/22.
