City Project 2516 provided for the improvements to 48th & Washington and Project 2559 provided for the Spring Creek Phase 2. Both projects were approved by City Council and were completed as one construction contract with Granite Construction Company. Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $129,866.74 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Granite Construction Company for the completion of the work.
