| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City currently has property available for development at the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field. D. A. Arthur, Inc. is interested in developing property (in addition to the property it currently leases from the City of Yakima) and asked for a conditional option to lease so that it has the exclusive ability to lease the property after the two-year option period wherein it will evaluate development opportunities. If D. A. Arthur, Inc. does not enter into a formal Lease Agreement for the property before the Option expires, the property will be available to others to develop. |
