SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | The Yakima School District maintains a running track and fencing at Washington Middle School. A small portion of the track and fencing extends onto city-owned property at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park. The Yakima School District desires to construct a storage shed at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park near the track/fence. The Yakima School District will pay for all construction and maintenance costs of the shed. This agreement allows the school district to use city property for their storage shed. |
