| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This Agreement between the City and DAY is to promote the downtown area through events and activities. This Agreement is funded with the Main Street Tax Credit program and an opportunity to obtain additional funds for downtown development and beautification, which both the City and DAY believe can be spent to enhance the park at the Northeast corner of East Yakima Avenue and South 2nd Street, as well as, facilities in the downtown area. |
