| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This agreement will allow City of Yakima Purchasing Division to conduct a Request for Proposal process for Yakima County, specifically for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) 9-1-1 Ambulance Services. Both entities believe that cooperation will provide mutual advantage. The County will compensate the City per Exhibit 1 of the attached agreement. |
