SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

This is a master planned development originally submitted by Greg and Adele Bainter, known as the "Plat of Upper Valley Estates", consisting of subdividing one parcel of 5.2 acres into 20 residential duplex lots with internal access by private streets. This site is located in the Local Business (B-2) zoning district. The present owner and developer is A DLT Investment Group LLC, represented by PLSA Engineering & Surveying.

 

The Hearing Examiner held an open-record public hearing on September 9, 2021 and submitted a recommendation for approval on October 7, 2021.
