City Project #2474 provided for the 64th Avenue and Ahtanum Road Intersection Improvements. The City contracted with ESD Development LLC dba ESF Solutions LLC to provide the improvements which included installation of a traffic signal system, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and repaving with striping, traffic markings, and signage.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $0 (no retainage) is due from the City to ESF Solutions for the completion of the work.
