Presentation from City Staff and ALTA Planning and Design, on the Pedestrian Master Plan. Staff and the Consultant will share their findings and recommendations to the City Council. After the presentation, staff will work with the consultant to update the draft pedestrian plan with any comments or concerns brought forward during the public comment period, or by Council. Once the changes are completed, staff will bring City Council a final draft of the plan to be adopted by resolution on November 1, 2021.
