| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City of Yakima (City) has a current agreement with Yakima Area Arboretum to operate and maintain the Arboretum property and associated buildings. That Lease has been extended through October 6, 2021 while the City and the Yakima Area Arboretum continue to work on a future agreement. There are still a few issues to discuss, so the parties have agreed to amend the original agreement so that it now expires on December 31, 2022, giving the parties additional time to discuss the operation and maintenance of the arboretum. No other sections of the current agreement are amended. |
