| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This ordinance defines “wheeled all-terrain vehicles” and provides requirements, restrictions, and penalties for operating a wheeled all-terrain vehicle within the City of Yakima.
Further, RCW 46.09.455(1)(d)(ii) states a city must list publicly on the city’s website the public roadways that are authorized for the operation of wheeled all-terrain vehicles. This ordinance includes that requirement. |
