At the August 17, 2021 City Council business meeting, Councilmember Funk requested that a report on affordable housing be presented at the next business meeting. The enclosed report provides background on affordable housing and existing plans, Housing Action Plan Implementation, a list of current projects in review, and an aerial photo analysis showing completed and under-construction projects from 2017-2021.
In the future, a quarterly report will be submitted for City Council information to track progress on housing goals and construction. |
