| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | At the May 18, 2021 meeting, City Council directed staff to bring back a resolution authorizing the City to display the Pride flag outside of City Hall during Pride month—June 2021. Under Yakima Municipal Code 1.13.020, displaying a flag or banner other than those of the United States, State of Washington, POW/MIA and governmental entity flags must be through resolution or proclamation. |
