SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the March 9, 2021 study session, the Yakima City Council reviewed a staff presentation related to the potential to sell or transfer title of about 13 different city owned properties that could provide opportunities for new housing developments. The Council requested the staff to proceed with next steps and this report provides the details of a strategy, next steps and a timeline for proceeding with the various sites.
