| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for People For People to receive CDBG money that was specifically allocated to the City under the CARES Act and must be used for responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Council previously approved the funding for the program and this Agreement formalizes the program and the expectations. The Agreement provides for reimbursement of qualifying expenses from the date of contract through December 31, 2021. |
