ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing a reimbursement agreement with the Yakima Health District for the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Site

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This is a reimbursement agreement between the City of Yakima and the Yakima Health District for reimbursement of Yakima Police Department (YPD), Yakima Fire Department (YFD), and other City of Yakima staff time as requested, including both overtime and straight time, associated with services performed at the State Fair Park vaccination site to address COVID-19.
