ITEM TITLE:Set Date of April 20, 2021 to consider a Notice of Intent to Commence Annexation

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On March 2, 2021, a Notice of Intent to Commence Annexation was submitted for approximately 34.7 acres in the vicinity of Ahtanum and Occidental Roads and S 58th Avenue. In accordance with RCW 35.13.410, the Council shall set a date not later than 60 days after the filing of the request to meet with the initiating parties to determine whether the city will accept, reject, or geographically modify the proposed annexation.
