City of Yakima (City) Project No. WF2526 replaces 1,000 linear feet of industrial waste reactor hot water supply and return piping at the wastewater treatment plant. Corrosion of the reactor's existing ductile iron hot water pipes is causing the pipes to develop leaks. The replacement pipes will be composed of plastic to minimize future corrosion issues.
The contract with Industrial Construction of Washington, LLC will not exceed Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred and Five Dollars ($293,605) and is attached for City Council review. The project is funded by the Wastewater Capital Fund 478. |
