OMNIA Partners acquired US Communities, National IPA, and TCPN purchasing consortiums. The City of Yakima previously entered into intergovernmental cooperative purchasing agreements with all three of these purchasing consortiums. Although OMNIA automatically registered City of Yakima as a "legacy" participating agency, this Resolution will allow execution of an agreement directly with OMNIA Partners.
