The City of Yakima had previous Agreement 2015-054 with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. for Phase 2 of the North First Street Revitalization Project; providing 90% plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E).
This Agreement provides for the completion of the North First Street Revitalization Phase 2 design and bid documents. It also provides for construction engineering required for Phase 2 as well as the completed design and bid documents for Phase 3. It is anticipated that construction of Phase 2 of the project will begin in March 2021.
Attached for City Council review is the Agreement with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($757,150). Funding for this project is provided from Transportation Benefit District (TBD) funds, Water Capital Fund 477 and Stormwater Capital Fund 442. |
