The City contracted with Selland Construction, Inc. for City Project SW2507. The project restored the flood protection berm along the north bank of Wide Hollow Creek between South 75th Avenue and South 80th Avenue. The construction restored the berm to its original height and armored the south side of the berm facing Wide Hollow Creek.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorization from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $8,890.07 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Selland Construction, Inc. for the completion of the work.
