At the December 8, 2020 City Council meeting, City Council directed the City Manager to conduct an analysis of the Washington Fruit Community Center (WFCC) and identify community programming needs and options as to how to meet those needs in a report to City Council for the January 5, 2021 meeting. The report was to also include numerical data on the level of previous participation with YPAL programs.
Enclosed is a memorandum summarizing the WFCC facility usage by YPAL, current Operating Agreement with YPAL, planned capital improvements, operating options for the WFCC and funding opportunities. In addition, YPAL's 2019 CDBG Report submitted to ONDS affirming numerical data on the level of participation with YPAL programs has been attached. |
