| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This Agreement continues the relationship between the City and DAY to promote the downtown area through events and activities. This Agreement is funded with the Main Street Tax Credit program. If the City is not granted the Main Street Tax Credit, DAY has no obligations. This Agreement only addresses the activities, events and promotion of downtown. This is not the agreement between the City and DAY for clean-up and beautification of downtown (which is effective through 2021). |
