ITEM TITLE:Summary status of Cascade Mill Redevelopment Project

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The redevelopment of the Cascade Mill site has been an Economic Development priority for nearly a decade. A number of implementation steps are underway. Staff has prepared the brief summary report of the status of the project for Council information and will be available to answer questions.
