SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | Right of Way Use permit applications for proposed uses in residential zones are currently sent to the Community Review Board for review and approval. However, with the proposal to adopt the new Property Maintenance Code, the Community Review Board will no longer exist. This Ordinance changes the provisions of the right-of-way use permit requirements to provide for review of requests in residential areas to be done through the administrative adjustment process found in the zoning code. This process also provides for notice to adjacent property owners and an opportunity to appeal the decision. |
