SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

Attached is the proposed Interlocal Agency Agreement (ILA) between the City of Yakima and Yakima County.  This ILA allows Yakima County to provide on-call engineering and right-of-way services to the City from time to time to augment City Staff, when the City Engineering Division does not have the staff available to complete all of their tasks.
