ITEM TITLE:Resolution ratifying the Interim City Manager’s execution of a grant application to the Washington State Department of Commerce for funding to support Group Violence Intervention Strategies

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Yakima Police Department, in cooperation and coordination with the Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, seek to utilize these grant funds to execute a prepared plan for Group Violence Intervention Strategies as part of the Project Safe Neighborhood program.
