| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for Yakima County Development Association (YCDA) to receive 2020 Community Development Block Grant money that was specifically allocated to the City under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and must be used for responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Council previously approved the program and this Agreement formalizes the program and the expectations. The Agreement provides for reimbursement of qualifying expenses from the date of contract through December 31, 2020. |
