SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the May 5, 2020 City Council meeting, staff was directed to bring information related to the current permitting system for Home Occupations and possible expansion of the permitted uses. This report provides an overview of the existing standards and process for conducting in-home businesses in the City of Yakima. As noted, home occupations are governed by Yakima Municipal Code 15.04.120.
