| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City Council requested staff provide an overview of prior decisions relating to parking enforcement for review and discussion in light of the current conditions in the City of Yakima as they pertain to the COVID-19 epidemic. The Legal Department has prepared a summary of prior Council actions and the current, relevant Yakima Municipal Codes for Council's reference. |
